Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Certain items such as personalized products or gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@maxinsure.click. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or refund as per your preference.
International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for all return shipping charges and customs duties. Please ensure that you follow the customs regulations of your country.
